This entry form serves as a basic agreement between Op Die Planke Festival and the person(s) or institution which enters. Person(s) or institution who enters will strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the competition. The person(s) or institution who enters indemnify Op Die Planke Festival of any losses or damages of any form during the duration of the competition. Op Die Planke Festival presents the opportunity to any participant to strive to new heights.
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), I hereby consent to the collection, processing, and storage of my personal information by Op Die Planke Festival for the purpose of participation in the competition. I understand that my personal data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without my consent, unless required by law. I am aware that I may request access to, correction, or deletion of my personal information at any time by contacting admin@odpf.co.za.
I hereby grant Op Die Planke Festival permission to photograph, record, or film me (or the participants I represent) during the competition. I understand that these images and/or recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes in print, online, or social media. I confirm that I will not receive compensation for the use of such media. If I wish to revoke this permission, I may do so in writing by contacting admin@odpf.co.za.
